Google Sites – Basic Steps
The first thing you will need to do is to make sure you are registered with Google. If you already use gmail then it will be very easy for you to get going with google sites.
Once you are registered, go to the google sites address here https://sites.google.com/
The next step is to click on the big red plus at the bottom right of the screen. This is the ‘create new site’ button.
After this you will enter a very simple and easy to use content management interface.
You will be asked for the title of your page. Following this you can insert several types of content from text to graphics and photos. You can easily select the page layout that you prefer.
There is also an option on the top right panel that allows you to select different themes. You can insert buttons, dividers and numerous other types of content.
